Your next favorite piece is on its way. Here’s how to follow your order from Gregg Acini Adoree Designs.
Find your order
Sign in to view your orders using the email address you used at checkout. Open the order you’d like to follow and select its available shipment tracking link.
You can also open your order confirmation or shipping email and follow the order-status or carrier tracking link. Keep your order number handy if you’re asked to verify your details.
More than one package?
Items in your order may ship separately and arrive on different days. Your order status page shows separate sections for multiple shipments, with tracking details as they become available. Check each shipment’s tracking link to follow that package.
Waiting for a tracking update?
Tracking details appear when they’re added to your shipment. If a tracking number is available but there’s no movement yet, check the carrier’s tracking link again for new scans. For some carriers, shipment details are shown on the carrier’s website rather than directly on your order status page.
